this is a very broad question....basically all I can tell is that having influenced by yang energy or yang signs in your chart will make yin-yang scale tip to the yang side which makes you more extroverted, out-going person.
But it depends though, since venus , moon , neptune are the yin planets, having yin signs in these planets normally intensifies the yin energy and the same with yang counterparts. Say a person with sun in Gemini but moon in Cancer, the yang energy is somewhat lowered and the yin energy is signified , at least in emotional, domestic matters.
Even Libra, the yang sign , is ruled by venus, the yin planet . Or Capricorn and Scorpio , the yin signs, are ruled by Saturn and Pluto and mars , all three yang planets.
i wouldnt say good or bad since the whole chart needs to be looked at . But i think it depends on how you deal with each situation that makes it good or bad . In some matters, we need yang energy , in other we need the yin help
