Why do people hate cancers so much?!

I'm a cancer girl and i get kind of annoyed when people say things like "cancers are waaay too emo" and all that other crap. sure, we have good traits and bad traits, just like every other sign...no need to harp on us about it...

I love Cancer's! im a scorpio and we get along great> i love Cancer's ability to empathize and sympathize. Everyone has their emotional ways> Cancers just feel way more i think and its good. To me, its better to feel than be numb right? Thats how i see it. Id rather be in tune with my emotions than an emotional amoeba.

Hey calm down i'm a cancer too, and sometimes we can be a little too emotional for our own good,but don;t let it make you mad,because there is good and bad in everybody,and if someone doesn;t like our sign well too bad because i like being a cancer.
That's just one person. In general, Cancers have it easy on here compared to other signs that get hated on all the time like Leos, Geminis, and especially Scorpios. They could tell you what it's like to be bashed by haters consistently. Don't worry about it. I happen to love Cancers. My mom is one :) Besides, that all signs get bashed every once in a while.
cancers are good hearted by nature but too clingy and when they cannot have their way, they go through a tempter tantrum or pout stubbornly! other than that, cancers are fun loving folks!
Thats so not true. **** the person that said that. There stupid! Cancers are my best friends. Yes! they can be lame and too sensitive like me, Scorpio. But NO NOT AT ALL, there not the worst sign in the zodiac. PISCES are the ones I usually find annoying and twisted. I find cancers, arieses, and sags very fun and outgoing, including nice and funny.

oh thats just one person. and last years story. im sure he had his reasons. but dont forget that, the people out there that simply adore us.
many of them hate cancers mainly because they see being emotional is weak as opposed to being calm and controlled. that's funny, because hate is also a strong emotion. and they thought they werent emotional. like that guy you posted, he was clearly overly emotional and whining himself. infinite joker(s).
yes, in COMPARISON of the 12 zodiac, water signs are the most emotional. no denying that. we're just wired differently to the air or earth or fire signs. being TOO emotional, is, however a weakness, in this tough cookie world.
its two sides of the SAME ol' coin....whichever way you choose to see it. just dont forget to see the bigger picture in anything you do, we cancers are one of the best at understanding, generally, because, we really care. but when we dont, we dont.

Any person who claims a Cancer is nothing more than their emotions has never known a Cancer. We're much more than emotions....we are extremely intelligent, intuitive, extremely loyal and devoted to those we love, and we have photographic memories and the ability to solve the world's problems. We are analytical, multi-layered, and we're STRONG even if we do shed a tear on occasion. Tears do not equal weakness. There is positive and negative in every sign, but at least we can rest easy knowing we are not superficial or spiteful, detached and uncaring or selfish. We're kind to a fault, and I can think of a lot worse things to be.

It's because you're such thinskinned whiners.
I don't hate cancers. My son is a crab and I am a Scorp and we get along real good. Scorps understand Cancers because of their insight of people. And if a Cancer can overcome the bluntness of a Scorp well they've made a true friend. It takes a long time for the crab to trust and a lot of the signs like Leos, Sag. and Virgos lose their patience with that.
Because they are expert players?? They know how to play on other's emotions?
I think Pisces are getting brunt of it. But I honestly don't give a $h!t lol!!

like Ronald says, cancer can be emotional and moody , but we are loyal, devoted , committed , loving , caring , understanding and intelligent. I dont think a lot of people nowadays are as committed and devoted as cancerians . They seem to be praised when they are promiscuous , detached in love....what a twisted world we are living in. oh well , we are who we are, we know we are a good bunch , yeah ?
i love cancer people, im a scorpio.... cancers are so sweet oooh they just do somthing to me, i love them so much lol . now in that link that u posted ,that discribed my ex to a T. he was a double cancer ( sun & moon ) but i feel that there is nothing wrong with having those cancer traits , its how well u keep your emotions under control. a person that has too much cancer in there chart probably will be annoying. just like with too much of another sign in your chat.
