I agree with Lucia. i am Sagittarius and my worst fear is being trapped, no choices, in a rut,hostage situation. Confinement!
I'm a pisces, and I have a fear of "going crazy". Whatever that means these days!
But to be completely honest, I could probably make a whole list of my fears since I have OCD. Which basically makes me scared of everything.

I've a few fears and phobias...
My worst fear is to die. Not because I fear death, but because I love life too much, and I don't even want to imagine not being here to experience life. Yes, I want to live forever.
Strangely enough I've no fear of heights, BUT I am afraid of the way you get there.
The above are all natural, none developed due to traumatic events.
The below is a continuing of my list of fears and whether or not it is natural.
Fear of commitment - both natural and environment. Events simply made it worse.
Fear of lifts - Traumatic experience when I was stuck in a lift when I was 4. I value freedom and being able to move about without restrictions. That is taken away when you're stuck in a lift. So I assume it is kind of natural as well.
Claustrophobia - used to have no problems with it at all, but it was fuelled by my fear of elevators, which are enclosed spaces after all. I leave every door open and even my apartment is one open space.

I fear growing old, being on my death bed and saying "I wish I would have or why didn't I do that?" To me, there is nothing worse. I know so many elderly people with regrets, bitterness and heartache because they didn't do something they wanted to do. I am a Virgo and we can be. . .restricted about our views in life and things that we will and won't do. Since I know what I want out of life and love at this point in my life, I take risks now. Even when I'm scared, I still do it because one never knows the outcome of anything unless they try. At the end of my life, I want to be recanting tales to all who will listen, "Look at what I did!" Another fear, I can be morbid sometimes, is saying something awful to someone and they are dead the next day. I make a concious effort to take care with my words and I never go to bed angry with anyone. For one, I can't sleep when I'm pissed off and I don't like when things are not resolved.

I have twin daughters that are cancer. they have fears of spiders!! Violence ( they posess a lot of empathy ) Haunted Houses ( even tho they know its fake!). Im talking about non rational fears of these things.OMG!--I allmost forgot! also have the fear panic fear of LOUD noises like fireworks.
hello marina, im a cancer. besides fearing heights, like you, i fear caterpillars, esp those squirmy big fat juicy ones, just by the sight of them, can make me screamm (!!!) hehhehe, being in self denial, not seeing my dreams come true, and the greatest fear is, not knowing what i should fear, but fearing the wrong person/ thing all this while.....
