forget about capricorns, caps admire the libras social skills and charm which they actually envy, because its a skill that can help them to climb that ladder of success.
if theres one sign that dont buy libra's charm its gonna be the sign next after it, Scorpio! they can see right through their charm and into their insecurity and their real intentions, remember these people hate superficiality. if you ask me, their magnetism would win over libras charm. its the libra you should be asking if they can resist the scorpio magnetism.

A triple Capricorn or Scorpio, or pehaps a triple virgo. Capricorns have high standards generally, as do Virgos, and Virgo and Scorpio can both be quite critical.
