Sun in Capricorn 0.14 degree .. why do i have so less amount in degree?!

This is because at the time of your birth the sun was only 14 minutes into capricorn. It is just how it is, no one controls when they are born. It does put your sun on the cusp of capricorn and sagittarius, something to look at. Still it is not as if you are not a capricorn, you still are.
