Yes, yes they do. My sister is a Gemini. Sometimes she can be funny, talkative, lively. Then she can be moody, agitated, sneaky and tempermental. But then again...she is on the cusp of Gemini/Cancer.

I am a gemini and I wouldnt consider it multiple personalities like other people might, but I consider myself to be quite adventureous, funny, loud, quiet, shy, outgoing, feisty, saintly and many, many, many other things...in a span of about 5 minutes! Again I tend to disagree with Famous. Cusps do exist and i have explained this in the past. As for Sun signs, you can only have one. I agree.
But any sign or planet at 3 deg of another sign or house is considered to be in the following sign or house or if born on a cusp, the influence of both signs will be combined.
The planets carry the color if the sign to the foloowing sign just like blue and yellow create a green effect. Thus, the sign carry that influence.
Twins do not have a split personality. Give me a break. They are twins and a person tends to see double when they look at them.
Their strong points is that they can multi-task like a computer, although superficial. They can carry on many things and may seem like they have dual personalities but they don't.
Gemini represented by Twins indicate the lower and higher nature, and only one nature can express itself at one time, either in its lowest form or its highest form. This has to be learnt and a person cannot gain elevation by waiting for it to happen. He/she has to work at it.
Same with Sagittarius, the half horse and half man. The low animal nature and the higher nature.
