I would much appreciate it if you stated the degrees so that I can do aspects, which are vital. I will come back in about an hour to see if you've edited.
The reason pluto and neptune are in the same sign is due to the fact that they are very slow moving planets. They take 12-14 years to go through just one sign. It is an odd and cool coincedance that your risings are the same, and of course, often time when risings are the same the midheaven is the same. The midheaven is always 2, 3 , or 4 signs BEFORE the rising. The only possible midheavens for a gemini rising are aries (2 signs before gemini), pisces (3 signs before), or aquarius (4 signs before).

edit: okay here are the main aspects that will have a big effect.

Dig it, just within his own chart he has Mars opposed Mercury and Saturn. Does he have arguments with male authority figures? Father, Teachers, Cops? His Sun and Moon are opposed Pluto, meaning there's a need for balance within himself. He needs to tranform how he acts and reacts in order to get the best out of the opposition.
