Well I'd say it's a rather nice combo. You're fun, outgoing- and Way social, but you tend to be a little reserved when it comes to the emotional things. Unlike a typical Leo or Sag- you don't ever wear your heart on your sleeve (thx to your Aquarian moon!) You probably baffle your love interests because one moment you're laughing and smiling having a grand old time, and the next thing you know (as soon as the emotional stuff starts to creep in) you tend to clam up and not speak nearly as freely. You may even feel uneasy at times, which is SO unlike you. Don't fret though, you recover quickly, as your Sagittarius rising saves the day with a little comic relief, and just enough steam to keep her hanging on and wanting more. Now your sun and moon are opposites, and it might cause some problems sometimes, with cool Aquarius putting a sharp rational edge to your light-hearted rays of the sun's warmth...but when in peace, Aquarius and Leo make a great team! Do you mean as in a composite chart? These three signs occur?
If so then of course, with rising sign in sagittarius people would see this relationship as free and philosophical. People don't see you as dull or boring regardless of how you see yourselves. The ascendant in a composite chart is not how you personality is together, but is instead how the world views your relationship. Look up sagittarius and it's characteristics. Those are the characteristics people see you as.
With sun dignified in leo we expect your life energies to become focused on the relationship and, separately, on yourselves more. The composite sun shows your "relationship" ego. You need affection from each other and this relationship can get quite dramatic especially with stressful sun aspects.
Moon in aquarius takes an unconventional approach to emotions and it is likely you don't value emotions much in the relationship. Either that, or when you do express emotions together, things just feel odd or uncomfortable. You tend to think alot though and can put your eccentric and inventive ideas to good use.
