Tauras' can be jealous only when they feel the one they love could be lost to another. Are you doing anything to make him jealouus? Anything at all can make him feel unwanted. Talk to him about it and you guys can explain to each other how the other person is all ou want and there is no need to worry about the other being lost to someoe else. As for you Scorpio... Absolutely! I'm a Scorpio female and I've been dating a Taurus male for the past 4 1/2 years so you decide?!! The chemistry between us is crazy (in a good way though).
