I fall on the day of the cusp!.!. I was born on Febuary 19th!.!. Until recently, I thought I was simply a Pices!.!. However, I was doing a little research the other night and found they actually consider cusp dates to be both!.!. Is this true!?

No they don't consider cusps to be both!. You are the sun sign you were born under, but will have some of the characteristics of the other sign!. But you are still your sun sign!. Feb!. 19th is Pisces!.
