I find people with Libra Asc to be very soft and beautiful, kind-hearted and sweet-tempered!.!.!.!.!.even the men!. And it lends to an attitude of diplomacy and tact, which is also appealing!. People with Libra rising just seem more glamorous and sexy!.!.!.

ascendant is what you look like to the outside (like first impression)!.!.!. supposedly having a libra ascendant is the best in terms of looks (naturally)!.!.!.
but i think any rising sign is naturally better than the other; it affects more of what you look like rather than what your personality may be!.!.!. why don't you like cancer rising!? they're such nice looking people!.!.!. 0_0;;;
personally, i don't particularly enjoy my scorpio rising because people tend to never approach me (and i have to approach them always!.!.!. which hurts my aquarius ego!.!.!.) and usually tend to be more guarded against me than others!.!.!.
there is nothing in this world that just has pros!.!. it's always balanced with some kind of a con; if you're a libra ascendant, you may look nice, but you probably may show up to be a bit wishy-washy!. if you're a scorpio ascendant, you'll scare people off, but then you probably won't attract much danger, etc!. etc!. !.!.!. i dunno!.

Don't be so hard on yourself,because i have a cancer sun and i'm far from being stupid,and as far as which sign is the best ascendant i don't really think that any of the signs could be either good or bad because they all have their good and bad traits,but if i was to pick a sign that is a good ascendant it would probably be libra because thats my rising sign,and i like it because it makes me a mediator and fair minded,and attractive with a love for the arts,however it has it's down points because i can indecisive at times and a bit shallow,but over all i like it
