Hi. New Here. Could someone pull a card (or 2) for me?!

Question: Hi!. New Here!. Could someone pull a card (or 2) for me!?
Hi!. I am newer to Y!A and especially this section!. I have always had an interest in astrology and tarot cards and I have a few questions!. If someone could spare a few moments for me I would appreciate it!. also, if I asked any questions incorrectly, please let me know!. I really am a bit clueless regarding all of this!.

If someone could (seriously) pull a couple cards for some questions!?

1!. Will my husband and I pull out of our recent slump!? Me, sag (12-15-79), him, pisces (2-21-79) (both born in Milwaukee, WI) if that helps!. Been married 6!.5 years with 2 kids!.

2!. Will we achieve better financial stability soon!? Would like a house soon!. Husband going for new job, etc!.

3!. Is my current consideration for a major in school right for me (atmospheric science)!? I have changed my major a few times!. Too many interests!.

And finally, where can I go to learn more about astrology and tarot cards!?

Thank you so much!. I know I am asking a lot!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I've never done this over the internet before, but here goes:

1!. The Empress, right side-up: Major arcana here, so this is about life lessons/soul progression, rather than the mundane world!. The Empress is the bountiful Earth Mother, so, I'd say, yes, you will pull out of your slump!. There could be a benefactoress showing up, a physical embodiment of The Empress, a female boss at a new job, I don't know what form she would take, but whether or not she manifests physically, the future looks fruitful!.

2!. The Queen of Rods, right-side up: Rods (or wands) are fire, which means change, transformation!. The Queen is the point at which we realize that we are the element, we rule the situation!. I would say to take confindence in the changes happening in your life!. Don't worry, move forward with purpose and confidence!. Growth only happens with change!.

3!. The nine of swords, upside-down: This is a difficult card, especially upside-down!. There is a picture of a pair of forearms, crossed at the wrist and bound in the foreground, with nine swords, horizontal, above and behind them!. The sky is a fiery backdrop!. The card upside down means that you are in conflict with the situation, it's negative because you aren't looking at it correctly!. Perhaps you are thinking of a lucrative career instead of what really interests you, I don't know; but you are feeling constricted and are struggling against the perceived bonds, when, by turning the card right-side up, seeing the lesson here, it becomes obvious that the bonds are loose enough that if you relax, you can slip right out of them!. I don't think you want atmospheric science!. I think you are resisting what really interests you!.

So, how did I do!? Make sense!?

Two great books, very good reads, about astrology: Steven Forrest's 'The Inner Sky', and Kim Rogers-Gallager's 'Astrology For The Light Side Of The Brain'!. They are a hoot to read, and will give you a very solid basis for understanding astrology!.

For tarot, go to a new-age book shop and shop around for a book that has a good description of the symbology in the Rider-Waite deck!. That's the basis you need!. Then, if you like, contact me and I'll be happy to couch you in how to actually read the cards!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

i would, but you need to shuffle the cards, or have some contact with them, yourself, sorryWww@Enter-QA@Com
