To my astrology contacts , do you consider yourself.....?!

Question: To my astrology contacts , do you consider yourself!.!.!.!.!.!?
following traditional or modern astrology !?

Are you familiar with the terms " triplicity , terms and face " ( these are essential dignities ) !? Do you know any thing about them !? And when you do a reading, how much of traditionally astrological information do you use !? ( for example, combust, cazimi , essential dignities including the above!.!.!.)

How many of you still think Jupiter co-rules Pisces!.!.!.!.and Saturn co-rules Aquarius !?
And if Uranus is higher octave of Mercury, Neptune of Venus and Pluto of Mars!.!.!.then is there any relationship between Jupiter and Saturn !? is one higher octave of the other !? Since Cappy is after Sagi in the zodiac wheel, does this mean that Jupiter is the one who has to learn from Saturn !?

Thanks in advanced :)Www@Enter-QA@Com

oh Ryan!.!.!.!.!.!.!.

oops!.!.have to leave for 2 minutes

My knowledge is so ancient and has been passed down for about 90 generations which means about 200 BC!. I cannot possibly give away the secrets without knowing all your personal info including your credit card!.

I have the whole grimoires and chants and spells and secrets!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.but even you as a medical student I doubt You would be able to understand runes/sanskript/calligraphy!.

I got hit by a bad spell/ karma!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!." shedding 3 tears now" and had to reincarnate to learn again!.!.!.

so got to start with modern again!.!.!.!.!.!.:-(Www@Enter-QA@Com

I think I have heard of them in a question of yours, but I'm not able to use them yet!.!.!.

And yes, I believe in co-rulerships!.!.!.(I think it's the conventionalism of my Cap Sun)

As for your Jupiter-Saturn question, I think it is very possible!. Jupiter represents abundance and luck!.!.!.Saturn, on the other hand, represents resourceful-ness!. The difference between the two is that while Sag offers everything freely, Capricorn is reserved and only offers when needed(or at least when he/she thinks it is needed)

So, there's a great possibility that it's true!. On the other hand, Capricorn has to learn how to be more relaxed and fun-loving from Sag!. I suppose it is a give and take relationship when it comes to lessons between all signs!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I read alot of books!. Then I observe and try to apply what I've read!. I don't really pay attention to whether the things that work for me are traditional or modern!.

I can see the relationships between the higher and lower octave planets!. One is a higher expression of the other!. But higher doesn't mean better!. Lower is the individual and higher is the collective!.

There is a relationship between Jupiter and Saturn but it has nothing to do with octaves per se!. Simplified, Saturn is our karma!. Jupiter is where our karma can be worked out!.

Good question Ryan!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I think modern astrology take the Planetary Dignities into consideration when trying to interpret a chart!.!.!.!.!.!.modern, you must mean the new rulers as opposed to the old!.!.!.!.the new rulers are planets that were fairly recently discovered, and therefore accurate for todays interpretations!. The great change in astrology in the last century, has been the Jungian approach!.!.!.!.the importance of Archetypes on the human psyche, the collective unconscious, and the four elements and their energies!.!.!.!.!.this is the 20th century addition to the vast amount of 5000 year old knowledge and experience!.!.!.!.I feel it can all be used and incorporated to reach an even finer understanding of man's purpose on earth!.!.!.the more you know, the more accurate you can be in the delineation of a chart!!!!! It's all important!Www@Enter-QA@Com

Good morning Ryan, how are you!? Well, you are GOOd!~~! I as you know, am a spiritual adviser,so everything that you were saying sounded like algebra does to an 2nd grader! You have got to teach me a little some then some then!!!LOL blessings to you and yours!.!.!.!.!.ZariaWww@Enter-QA@Com

Hmmm!.!.!.I never really thought about it!. I've studied both, and I form my opinions on what I've observed in life!. So some traditional concepts make the cut, and some modern, but not all of either!.!.!.

That didn't help you much, did it!.!.lol!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I agree with Dee, Ryan!. Sorry I can't help you more!. There are parts of both that I like!. But none I like more than the other!. Good luck in your search!. Great question!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

whoa, whoa, whoa all I know is that planets rule the 12 sign!. and more but not that much!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I'm familiar with the terms, but not *that* familiar!.

I can't really say I follow modern astrology either - at least, not the way most people follow it!.!.!. I suppose I have my own way of following it *blush*

Well, you know me by now!.!.!. I always use dynamic charts even for the interpretation for natal charts; I keep the movements of the planets into consideration and how fast they move etc, when it comes to their influence!.

I have my own theory about why astrology would work, which includes a certain influence which we should look for closer to earth instead of further down in that blanket of stars (and as you know, I only think that the position of the constellations was only a fluke and that that is why we call the signs by those names) That perhaps the planets do have a certain resonance on us (nothing proven, obviously, that's why it's a theory)

I use the 'higher octaves' myself but don't always take them into consideration!. I use every major object starting from the sun down to eris, even ceres and those 3 asteroids!. I don't call the objects 'planets' in astrology, but still call them 'objects', and treat them according to their *weight* - the sun and the moon have equal power because they have a distance/volume relation that is equal, the planets fill in the most important part of the personality, ceres and pluto and their 'followers' do the rest; they take care of a deeper level of your personality, elaborate where the planets can't!. And the houses are the be all and end all of the chart; without them, a chart is useless - according to me, at least!.

And I still don't believe in progressed charts or predictive astrology, although I've seen a lot of effects from transits to natal, even in myself!. So I am willing to believe in transitional aspects in astrology!.

That's in short how I practice astrology ^_^

Oh, and you are definitely no dumbass when it comes to astrology! ^_^

I can't really read complete charts myself - I always do it in bits, so you're not the only one ^_^Www@Enter-QA@Com

Interesting questions but too long to answer here!. Jupiter tules the 2nd decanate of Pisces and does have an influence!.

Saturn is the same sign as Jupiter but it is positioned upside down if you look closely!. He's compared to the TaskMaster and rewards accordingly!.
As for Neptune , the higher octave of Venus !? Not so!.!. Neptune is illusion and as for Pluto being the higher octave of Mars is a good theory but again, I disagree!.
Mars is our drive and where he is placed, is where you will exert the most energy in that area!. Pluto destroys only to regenerate over again!.
Ex!.!.!.!.Pluto can destroy a marriage and still giving you a 2nd chance to re-marry and do better!. He can make you bankrupt but still give you the courage to start over again!.

Personally, I start with the modes and elements, planets above and below the horizon, and the planets east or west!. What predominates, will give me the skeletal work to base my reading on!.
Essential dignities will operate from what was initially started!. Build the structure, add the walls!.

Rising sign comes next, the highest elevated planet close to MC and, any planets in angles!.
P!.S!. We should have a chat one day!.!.!.!.interesting questions and honestly posed!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
