i say it's tough having a scorpio rising, because you face very tough(potentially traumatic) things in life that force you to change your thinking and personality!. hence the scorpion symbol for transformation!. cancer rising, you get treated like you're fragile while scorpio rising, ppl look to you as a potential enemy or competitor!. trust me, I have a scorpio rising, and you are more inclined for ppl to be nicer to you!.
