Question: Libra Mars in business and love!?
How would this placement affect a manager or supervisor when he/she is required to discipline or deliver bad news to his/her subordinates!? ie!.!.would the person delegate this task to a second manager, try to soften the blow in some way, etc!.!.!.

Dee, I was in love with someone with this Libra Mars placement so i can recount from personal experiences XD
First of all!. this isn't such a positive placement where initiation/assertion is needed, since it's Mars in its detriment here!. Nevertheless, some natives with Libra Mars also have Libra Venus so this could offset a little of the negative influences!.
What I've noticed is that such natives have a huge problem taking initiation when action is called for and they tend to 'think themselves to death' so as to speak, for fear of upsetting the scales of balance or rocking the boat!. Usually, i business affairs, it isn't so bad cos they can have other more assertive influences in their charts to offset the vacillating qualities of the Libra Mars!.!.!.
But regards to LIbra Mars in love affairs, oh boy! this is where the nightmare starts!.!.!.they tend to re-analyze and re-play the tape in their heads over and over again, agonizing over the decision to make and never coming to a conclusion!. In love matters, they are always trying to put themselves in their partner's shoes and see things from their perspectives!.!.!.however ironically, it is precisely this overprojection that causes them to procsrastinate in decision-making processes!.!.!.

Libras are great debaters, persuasive talkers, with good arguments!. The female Libra is more harsh thatnthe male and if you make a mistake, she'll know it instinctively and you will also!.
