Simple "Aspects degree" question?!

Question: Simple "Aspects degree" question!?
lets say i have Aries in the ascendant and i have Venus in Leo!.!.

my Aries is 6 degrees, and my Venus is 20 degrees!.
it overlaps the 120 degrees for a Trine aspect, so its not considered trine, even though its in the right signs for a trine!?

is it all about the degree!? or do i get some sort of benefit from this eventhough it doesnt fit the trine aspect!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Answers:
Yes, Aspects in traditional astrology have to do with the degrees or rather the orb - allowance given to the degrees to be considered an aspect!.!.For an aspect to be considered a Trine, most astrologers allocated a 6-8 degree orb!.

It is generally held in astrological delineation that the larger the orb, the less powerful the aspect's effect is!. It is commonly thought that the more exact an aspect, the more significant and meaningful the aspect is, and the more strongly and noticeably the tendencies signified by that aspect will play out!.

Yet, wider-orbed aspects are frequently considered to be meaningful as well, even if the tendencies signified by them are considered to play out more weakly than a more exact aspect!. E!.g!. In some special cases like aspects made between Sun-Moon, the allowance can be up to 10-12 degrees, since the influences exerted by these 2 are the most prominent & some astrologers don't wish to leave out any possible effects exerted!.

If an astrologer uses a narrow orb for an aspect, it doesn't necessarily mean that they think that that aspect with a wider orb is totally invalid - they might just be trying to focus on the more intense aspects!. However, an orb of 14 deg would be considered too large and therefore ineffective!.

aspects use orbs the orb of influence for a trine is about 5 degrees but this will differ based on astrologers!. also the orb is bigger for say the sun than for a less personal planet!. The 6 degrees compared to the 20 is 14 degrees off for a trine so i would say no, there's no aspect , the 14 degrees is too big!. There is a difference in strength, as dead on aspect is stronger than one with a 5 degree difference!. there is no extra credit for having them in the signs with no aspect, but you can look for where your mars is and its aspect to Venus!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
