When I get mad, I get sad, then mad, then infuriated, then I need a crowed to hold me back!. I go a tad insane when mad, punching everything near by, cussing,yelling, and acting out, when I'm mad, I'm not afraid of any thing, just full on force acting out, then I have another mood swing and get sad, then mad again, even more super charged!.

I always have my emotions in check!. it depends on the situation like where I'm at!. if I'm at work, I won't cuss someone out because it's unprofessional!. I would probably just say something to get under their skin that will get my point across without making myself look bad!. if I'm mad at someone I care about like a friend or a family member, I still respect them!. there's still that line that I don't cross because I have respect for them and I care about them and I don't want to burn bridges!. I don't really scream or yell or cuss anymore unless you've really made me mad but that would take A LOT!. I usually just keep it real (be honest) and show them how they're wrong (if it's family/friends) and if I'm wrong I'll just apologize!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Go out for a long walk, which looks more like a run than a walk, to clear my head and think about how I would deal with that!.
If that is impossible, I stay there, tell the person who made me so peed off in the first place to please leave right now or accidents will happen (I have Pluto square Mars, when I do burst into a rage, the consequences are disastrous)
I strangely become very, very calm when I'm peed off!.

I was p!.o'd today on my way home from work!. I turned up the music, screamed a little, and started cussing at all the stupid slow drivers >:(
