Virgo coworker..?!
Question: Virgo coworker!.!.!?
I'm a capricorn, and a virgo coworker and I had, let's say!. a "loud disagreement"!. I approached a supervisor and asked if I was right or wrong, if I was wrong to say so and I would apologize!. She ( a scorpio ) told me where i was right and where I was wrong!. So I DID approach him and apologize for what I was told I did wrong!.
Being a cap, i HATE arguments-- I NEVER argue--any disagreements I always go away and analyze ( and I was VERY upset over this, but wasn't emotional in front of the virgo) and reapproach when I've calmed down!.
I know that virgos and caps both hold grudges, but I've seen with us when we were both upset with someone else, I hold my grudges longer!.
How would the virgo be handling this now, so I know what to be prepared for when I go back to work!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

Second, I think you are very mature and professional for having the ability to see what you did wrong, and could've done better!. We all make mistakes, so please don't beat yourself or the Virgo up about anything!. Everyone gets mad at work at some time or another!.
You are big to apologize, and both of you seem like you'll be able to work this out!. But me being a Virgo, I have to say that I don't agree with the "grudge" thing here!. I have the ability to get very mad at some people, but I talk things out and move on!. I don't hold grudges, and I'm a Virgo!. Infact, I used to work with someone who gave me problems, but I can sit here now and start rattling off things that I actually admire about him!. So I think you are handling this right, and please give that Virgo the benefit of the doubt!. Good luck!.

The Virgo in question is probably still VERY angry with you, how dare you not agree with him/her!
They will not show it on the outside, however the Virgo will not be speaking to you now and maybe never!. You two may make up but the Virgo wont forget and this infraction will be going on "the list" fellow virgo's know what Im talking about!.
I suggest you say good morning and then keep it moving!. When a Virgo is ready to make up you will know b/c we will tell you!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

virgos are slow to anger but they are equally slow to forgive,and seldom compose a quarrel of there own accord!. but they can swallow resentment and put their pride in their pocket when they consider it to be in their own interests to do so!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
