Oh, they'll do it for a looooooooong time! They'll do it until one of the following things happens:
-you give them what they want
-say you're sorry and why you're sorry
-you promise to the high heavens you'll never do it again
-you make a bilboard for all the town to see saying you love the Cancer more than anything in the world
-you get mad at them for it and say something insensitive like, "oh, now what's your f-ing problem!?!" then they'll yell at you back
Yeah, they can be obnoxious with this stuff!. Especially because half the time Cancers give us the silent treatment, we don't even know what the hell we did in the first place to piss them off! I'm a Libra, so I'm particularly bothered by this!. Couldn't take it anymore, so I just left!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

It depends on how deep the hurt is!. If I am really sincerely hurt or offended, it could take a long time for me to get over it!. Actually, I am never the one to make the first move if I am driven to such a state!. A person will often have to coax me back out of my shell by offering sincere apology after sincere apology!. By then the ball is in my court, and the person will have to prove that they're worthy of my forgiveness!. I don't easily put my heart on the line, so when I do and someone betrays me or hurts my feelings it really really hurts!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
LOL at 'your lovely libra lady'!. I as a cancerian 110% agree with her!. If you do all the things as she listed to your gf, her heart will have already melted (inside that is)!. On the outer side cancerians like to show toughness, it is often confusing!. But trust me if you even do half the things she listed, she'll easily forgive you!. You just have to show!. She might not respond you for a day or two but soon she will!. But keep in mind, cancerians can forgive but they'll never forget!. Chances are she'll bring up the same fights or whatever happend in the near future!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
