Certainly, esp!. for people who are more sensitive!. this has even been proven by such groups as insurance companies and corrective services amongst others!. There is more crimes committed and more accidents in the 2 days leading up to a full moon than at other times of the month!. Intensity in solar storms which peak every 11 years brings the same results!. The moon moves the quickest and has been documented as impacting on people for 1000s of years!. it takes 28 days to traverse all the 12 signs spending 2 1/2 days in each!. If you start to observe this phenomenon, you will notice this in people around you yourself!. Being involved with Astrology naturally includes having to have some sort of belief that the objects in movement in our solar system have a certain effect on us, and our moods!.
Since I'm usually not entirely updated on the planetary transits, I don't really notice whether or not an object is influencing my mood ~ I just act moody :p
Although my boyfriend is *very* moody (for a stereotypically rational Virgo sun, anyway ~ but he does have Scorpio rising, pretty much the only water in his chart) I haven't yet found a pattern in his moods, let alone link it to any reoccurance in the planetary positions!.
And as far as I know, I've been clearly influenced by one retrograde Mercury once in my life, where I only found out at the end of the day!. It started out with me putting my tax papers in the state office's mailbox on a sunny day, nearly getting my foot run over by a bus that wouldn't stop for me even though I was waiting at the right bus stop, then deciding to go and visit my parents and there was no one home, so decided to visit my aunt who lived near and even though she had no work then, no one was home, my feet were killing me by that time (typically me to use that day to walk in newly bought shoes, of course) so to relieve the pain I had to take my shoes off and continued my journey barefoot, *then* out of the blue it started raining with the buckets!.!.!. and my *then* boyfriend wanted me to pick him up so I went back to the bus; had to take a detour and by the time I finally got to where my boyfriend worked the sun was shining again and I was late!. He was waiting for me already and by the time I reached him, in a soaked blouse and with my shoes in my hands, he started giving out to me at which point I burst out in tears, then told him that after everything I've been through, the last thing I needed was him!. We went home and just out of curiousity, I checked the transits for the day!. Retrograde Mercury was exactly square my natal Mercury and my Moon (both opposite from one another) on that very day!.
I have never had such a disastrous day before, and never had one since!. At least, not a day that would send me to tears at the end of it!. But of course, so far this is an isolated case because I only tend to remember bigger events, and forget about the more *relative* ones!.!.!. damn my Gemini moon! So really, I can't say with any certainty that they really and truly do!.

I would have to say no because of the fact that our moods are based on the enviroment around us and not the planets what are not visible to us!. We control out moods on our own not the planets!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
