Ummm, lemme think!.!.!.!. HECK NO!!!! The second you handed me the little knifey thing I'd be throwing up all over the place!. I'm way to freaking squimish! But then again, I can't even have blood drawn w/o hyperventilating!. Sad but true!.

Possibly, yes!. It's only dead meat ~ the fact that it is human doesn't alter much; it's still dead meat!. And if I couldn't handle dealing with dead meat, I wouldn't be a good cook, now would I!?
Seriously, the only thing stopping most people is the social taboo: it's bad to cut up your own kind!. But if no one wants to do it, there will be loads of people whose deaths will never be cleared up!. Medical examiners are needed!.

I've always wanted to be a surgeon cutting the skull in half to find the brain that needs cutting --or lasered!. Sometime during my senior year at NMSU, I cut my middle finger with an open can and the flesh came out!. I went to the school clinic where the doctor performed surgery without anaesthesia!. The MD sewed my finger shut while I looked!. He said, " WOW! I've never seen anyone as brave as you are, watching me prick your skin 12 times!." I retorted, "Doc, I already had 2 natural childbirth at home, one 36 hours labor on my boy and a C- section to save my baby and me!. Those hurt! This doesn't bother me at all!.
I watched CSI many times showing Khandie Alexander --cutting chests with a saw!. You have to have a strong stomach -in forensic medicine, period!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Blood does not freak me out and I am very detail oriented!. I could definitely handle it, but I don't know if I would be any good at it!.!.!.!.

I can handle it (observed 5, helped with 2) but I don't necessarily like it!. The ones I have been involved with have been part of my education and I really had no choice, but I certainly wouldn't pursue a career in it!.
Everyone can handle different sights, sounds, and smells!. I'm ok with most of it, but I absolutely dislike the smell of burning bone, when the skull is cut!. It even makes my teeth hurt!. I find any reason possible to be elsewhere when the bone saw comes out!.

In college i never had any problems dissecting animals i don't think id have a problem with an autopsy really, i can watch beheading videos, and various other 'extremes' without flinching!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
