I stay happy by concentrating on good things that may happen in the future, by singing loudly when I'm home by myself and listening to the echo of my voice, by taking long drives through the country at sunset with the sunroof open, and talking to friends over hot beverages in dimly lit cafés!.

To keep happy I think about the "gifts" in my life!.
