Well I'm afraid the second answer is right mostly!. Genetics do play the biggest role in how you look!.
But, with uranus in the first you are unconventional and brilliant!. You may be taller than most libra risings and have unusal features!.

Well, Libra rising always give a pleasant, natural appearance!. I have never met anyone with Libra rising that isn't attractive - usually beautiful!. With the Uranus (also in Libra!?) in the 1st house, it would give you an unusual appearance (e!.g!. hair or eye color, features, etc) but certainly not take away from the beauty or handsome (whatever) quality!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
