hi,yes there are some differences!.me and my sis often joke about that!.she says that i act like a sweet sag,and most of those born in dec are mean compared to the ones born in november!.the reason for this is,that all sign are grouped off in decanetes!.it is a ten day period that signs have attributes of signs in the same element catogory!.for example!.i am a sagittarius/sagittarius!.i was born in the last 10 days of sag in november,starting december 1rst,it moves to sagittarius/aries,those born at this time,will be a little more active and abrasive and kind of rude,the last one dec 10th thru the 21rts is sagittarius/leo,they will have a little more of a flamboyant personality!.so your mom and your friend may be a little different in their feelings about things and one maybe more inclined to be a neat freak,or eat more than the other :) i hope this was easy to understand,be blessed!Www@Enter-QA@Com
