This has happened to me before, and I get so mad!. If you really want to get on my bad side, you'll break a promise to me, or stand me up!. I become a wreck!.!.Screaming, ranting, throwing things, going on about how people in this world suck, and how sad it is that people can't even keep up with their responsibilities!. But once I get all of my anger out, I try to get myself focused again!. How I talk to the person depends on how close they are to me!.!.!.If they are very close, I will make them feel terrible about it, and give them what for!. But if they are more or less new in my life, I'll try to regain my calm, Libran diplomacy and pretend that it didn't bother me as much as it did!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Hours!? I wouldn't wait hours!. I might wait 45min, then I would call them!.
If there was no answer I would give them 20 minutes (that way if they later showed-up and I wasn't there I could say I waited over an hour)!. then I would go out anyway!.
If they answered, and had a reason for beeing late - I'd wait for them or make other plans!.
If they answered and didn't have a good reason, I would not go out with them again, I would go out on my own and be happy not to be tied down to such a jerk!.

But then, after a while, I'll decide that ice cream is a better option than to sit there and wait for the phone!. So I grab some ice-cream and a bunch of candy to cheer me up, go online and visit the horoscope section of YA!.!.!. and in about 2 minutes, I'll be all happy again, forgetting about the phone call!.

That happened to me once!. The guy didn't show up at my house to pick me up!. I was angry and embarrassed but my parents were home so I felt like I had to pretend I didn't care because their sympathy was too painful!.
The guy called and apologized and I was nice about it!. I wish I'd told him to f**k off!.
If it happened to me now I'd tell him exactly what a jerk he was!. I'm more outspoken these days :-)

What is there to do!? I would be very mad, but mostly disapointed!. The next day I would call to see what happened, or if it where a blind date I would call the person who set me up on it and see their!.!.!.friend's excuse!.
