we have a very "up again, down again" personality!. on a good day we can be the most enjoyable, fun, agreeable people to associate with!. on a bad day, we can be grumpy, critical and unpleasant!.

Libras, because they represent the scales, tend to have "mood swings," and I put this in quotations b/c I am using it loosely - it basically means that when they are happy, they are VERY HAPPY! but when they are angry, just about anything will make them very ANGRY!.
also, Libras tend to shift mood regularly - while they might be upset or disappointed one moment, when something new happens they might become suddenly quite content or depressed!. Libras cannot stay mad forever, despite what they say!.
also, Libras enjoy to flirt - they enjoy discussing what most consider "dirty" or in the very least, "inappropriate," b/c they are very open and outgoing and they really don't care one way or another what it is they talk about!.
As for people that Libra hangs out with, Libra will hang out with anyone - the only people they might stay away from are anti-social people, but there are some of those from every sign!.

A lot of the libra's I know are very laid back people, seem to make friends easily, seem to have a passive personality, and not to be mean but tend to be a little lazy lol!.
