What it says to me without studying it, is that I would expect the person with these positioned planets to be a nurturing steadfast person, someone who could be counted on!. Someone who would make a great friend, partner, parent, doctor, nurse, teacher!. People may see you as confident, I would describe you as emotionally well balanced!.
