This is why I've found it incredibly important to lay out the bonuses, raises, and my expectations on the very first day!. Taurus's make great team leaders but will sometimes be so dedicated to the task that they will sacrifice family time and even health to get the job done!. A job well done equals security, and that's the bottom line for the Taurus energy!.
Once they find a successful method of completing the task, they may never vary from it, even when another method may be more efficient!. They can be a bit of a fogey about time off, too!.!.
