Question: What does my rising sign mean!.!.!.!.!?

2) Modern astrology teaches that the rising sign is your "personality" or how you come on to the world!. We all do that one way or another!. The rising sign describes how that is!. The problem is that modern astrology then proceeds to ascribe almost everything else to the personality as well!. If you wish to look at it this way, you have to "blend" or "synthesize' the meanings of the Sun, and Moon with the rising sign at a minimum and you really should throw in Venus and Mercury as well!. This tends to get complicated, and I've never found it too useful,although some people are pretty good at it!.
There is something else that is worth thinking about or a question you need to ask yourself and dig for the answer: is personality the most important part of a person!? Depending on the above factors, it is quite possible you are more obviously Scorpio than Capricorn!. Don't get me wrong!. I'm not suggesting that we ignore the Sun!.
