Male Libra Sun, Scorpio Moon, Scorp Venus, Mars Libra!.!.!.
Falls deeply in love with a girl in his office!. He's miserably married!. He wants her, but he doesn't want to destroy his life!.!.!.!.
Does he tell her and act on it!? (Moon in Scorpio)
Or does he stay with his mate (Sun in Libra)
After he's done waffling (Mars in Libra), which is going to win out!?

First of all, if this person really exists (and i'm sure he does), then i do empathize with his chart influences!.!.!. Sun, Moon, Venus & Mars all in either detriment or fall! Not a very good position to begin with!.!.
With that said, i'd think that the LIbra influences of Sun & Mars will win out in the end for fear of rocking the boat and causing disharmony, conflict in his interpersonal relations, even if it's at the expense of his Scorpio Moon, with all its seething intensity!. This Moon has self-destructive tendencies and although it may want something real bad, it also has the willpower to deprive itself what it wants most (hence, the infamous scorpion stinging itself to death)!.
Anyway, the LIbra Sun & Mars influence can vacillate and sit on the fence till the cows come home and he still wouldnt be able to make up his mind! So i'd go with his vacillation tendencies and say that he wouldnt do anything to consummate his desires, not because he doesnt want to, but more because he lacks the initiative and drive to physically exert itself!. Mars generally does quite badly in the Air signs because while it reps physical vitality and assertion, Air is all about analyzing and thinking itself to death!.!.thereby never reaching a decision!.!.!.with tons of regrets to live with later of course!

He will most likely stay with his mate!. Men with Mars in Libra tend to be married to women who have aggressively pursued them!. Once married, they may be unfaithful, but they will rarely be the ones who initiate a divorce!. Even with the office romance, the Mars in Libra male has probably relied upon the girl in the office to make the first moves!.

Well, it must have been an agonizing decision for him, but I think he'd end up leaving the wife!.!.!.eventually!. Libra's a fence sitter!. But Scorpio's more inclined to be self serving when it comes to their desires!. He'd tell the wife how he was feeling!. He may have an affair with the co-worker!. That would depend on her chart too, though!. Bottom line IMO is that this is a person for whom relationship is very important, and who requires a certain (considerable) amount of depth ;within a relationship!. This person wants to be able to achieve balance on every level in his relationships, which he clearly does not have at home!.
