I am a Cappi female and so to me it is obvious! OMG woman, he is a Capricorn for G**'s sakes! they are so old fashioned no matter what era they live in!. he is not going to ask you to jump in bed with him and to pay for the date like some men will!. they will not make a move on the first, date for a number of reasones!. one they would not be taking you seriously if they did(no long term capabilities with a girl who will put out even for a kiss on the first date), and two they would not be respecting you if they were to expect you to be so open physically!. (he does not want to offend you and does not want to be with a girl who wouldn't take offense to being kissed on the first date)!.
so don't make the first move, be patient, and for goodness sakes, don't insult him by paying for anything! cappricorns are the solid stable providers in any relationship!. they feel it is their duty to take care of and watch over(especially financially speaking) anyone they care about!. for him to let you pay and get away with it means he must like you!. but don't let it happen again!. tell him you kind of like the idea of him being generous towards you and that he is willing to take care of things like that!.(it will be viewed as flattery; but normal flattery will get you no where with Cappi so be careful)
Cappi will move slowly, but if he thinks you light his fire, he will eventualy warm up to you and not want to let you go!. Cappi is in it for the long term!. they don't want a quickie or a passionate fling!. for them it is all about relationships and learning from each other long term!.
