Leo men are naturally playful but if he's interested in you he will show it to you for sure! If he's giving you a lot more attention than everyone else then that's a sure sign he likes you!. I should know because my man is a Leo and we have been together 5 years!. I was having a hard time figuring out if he liked me or not in the beginning too, but I noticed he talked to me more than everyone else and he flirted with me all the time!. Trust me, if this guy likes you he will come on to you much more in different ways to let you know he likes you!. And, he also might just tell you straight out!. Hope this helped!
