I think if there was NO air by sign or house, that person would have great difficulties with relationships!. The reason would be that they would have severe difficulties with communications of any type!. I can see how lack of communications would give rise to a sociopathic personality!.
Something that has not been discussed yet in this topic is that if they had no air, then there would be a predominance of fire, earth or water!. So if you take that into account, imagine someone like a fire or water predominance with no ability to communicate what was going on in their mind!.

I think it would be like which came first, the chicken or the egg!. Would we look at charts with no air and assume this, or would we look at charts of known sociopaths and study them!? I think the best idea would be to look at charts of known sociopaths before we could determine if this is true!. I don't see how someone with empty relationship houses could truly care about others!. Interesting theory, seems reasonable!. Just off the top of my head, the Green River Killer (Gary Ridgeway) was an Aquarius, and the Clown Killer (John Wayne Gacy) had Venus in Aquarius, Mars in Gemini, and Libra on his MH!. Let say the person lacks air and the other elements are evenly distributed , then if there is a mercury trine , conjunct or sextile uranus in his chart , or mercury makes a good aspect with jupiter , regardless of these mental planets are being in non-air signs, I think its going to help with mentality!.
Saturn, being reserved and traditional, is also a mental planet, it just prefers to be traditionally mental , so if it is dignified by being in virgo or capricorn, it would help a lot !. Its true that no planet or placements in the social houses of 3, 7 and 11 may lead to lack of social connections and such!.!.!.but I'd think venus in the 1st house, mercury in the 1st house can be quite sociable and would likely to have some concern for making relationships!.

There might be just more of a down to earth , direct and emotional approach to situations and less of flighty, logical , detached manners to life in general for individuals with this kinda chart!. And another thing is, personally i'd think that venus or jupiter in 4th house , a water house cares about people too hey!. Since the 4th house, even though not a relationship house, its a family house, a habit house where people grow up and leave from this house, having good placement in this house would teach him about caring for one another!.
