Intercepted rising sign: Taurus intercepts Gemini slightly, does that mean it!

Question: Intercepted rising sign: Taurus intercepts Gemini slightly, does that mean it's Taurus rising!?
Here's the deal: If person was born only minutes earlier, they would've been a complete Taurus rising!. The Gemini on the other side was intercepted and it's also in the second house!. Sag is intercepted on the other side of chart!. Person fits description of Taurus rising and looks like Taurus rising!. Moon is in Taurus as well!.

Question is: Is the rising then Taurus with Gemini in it's house a little!?

Answers:
There is no such thing as a "slight interception!." An intercepted sign is wholly (all 30 degrees) contained in a house and the following sign is on the cusp of the following house!. What you're describing is having some Gemini in the first but Taurus on the cusp of the first house!. Unless you are using whole sign houses, there will almost always be some of the next sign in each house!.

The opposite houses will always reflect the opposite signs in the same way!. So if 5 Taurus is on the ascendant and Gemini is intercepted in the first, then 5 Scorpio will be on the 7th house and Sagittarius will be intercepted in the 7th!. Teach yourself how a chart is constructed and this will become clear!.

In your case, the rising sign is Taurus and the ruling planet is Venus!. Some astrologers, if late degrees are on the first cusp, and the house is almost wholly taken up by the next sign, will use that sign as a co ruler!. Late degrees would be roughly 27 -30!.

The situation you describe is Taurus rising pure and simple!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I thought i had answer you!.!.!.Hmmm !!! first, like the poster on top of me, there's no such thing as slightly intercepted!. Is or it isn't and that will involve 3 signs!.

Any intercepted sign is in-between two signs of which, one sign is on the cusp of that house and the sign following the middle intercepted sign, on the following cusp of the following house!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

no one will understand what you are saying so you can break it down more or you wont get answersWww@Enter-QA@Com
