It depends on how close they are to me!. I have no problem telling off my friends, and family members, but when it comes to people that I don't know very well, or are not really that close to, I often hold myself back!. It's not that I'm afraid to do it, it's just that I know that it's not always appropriate, and I can't afford to say anything that will cause people to turn against me!. I don't let people get to me, and I am not weak, but there are times when it's better to keep certain things to yourself, and let it pass!. But it really depends on the situation, and what it is you are trying to say!. If somebody tells me off, then I will most definitely retaliate and argue back!.

It all depends on who that person is and my relationship with that person!. People in high positions sometimes intimidate me, and I am not comfortable being vocal, especially in a professional and large public settings!. If we were in a bar or casual, social setting, I might be more inclined to speak frankly!.

If I am being honest I unfortunately can be!. I tend to prefer rational discussions where both parties can speak and be heard without it turning into an ugly conversation or conflict!. I am not a fan of too much emotion and irrational outbursts are not my thing either!.
I believe in being honest and saying what needs to be said, just not in a "tell a person off" fashion if possible!.

Nope!. A few years ago I would have been!.!.!.but now, I think you need to put people in their place when the time is right!. However, I try to do it in a tasteful way, and only one on one!. I don't like to make a big scene out of things in front of people, unless it calls for it, then I'm so on that!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Not at all!. I've had to do that many times!. I just make up my mind beforehand that I'm going to be nice about it and fair!. In fact, my usual tactic is to say back to someone what they say to me, watch their response and say, "Guess what!? I didn't like it any better when you said that to me!. Those are your own words!."

Not really, it just depends on the situation!. If I'm at work I try to be very professional, so I'm pretty hestiatant unless someone REALLY piss me off! But other than work, I don't have a problem telling anyone off!.
