What's the story behind all of these questions!? I'm intrigued!. I'm guessing you're interested in a Cancer boy but you're worried he won't get over his last girlfriend!? I will answer the questions assuming this is the situation!.
1!. Cancers are sensitive, so they will be pretty heartbroken!. It will take them a while to get over it!. It is best to be there for him as a friend first!. The key to getting close to a Cancer is to gain their trust, and that takes some time!.
2!. They don't like to break off ties if they can help it!. They value friendship and like to keep friends because it is easier than trying to find new people to trust!.
3!. If you want to tell him how you feel, do it! They love attention and being adored, but give him time and space to get over his last relationship!. They need to be alone when they're down, just let him know you're around if he needs you!. They don't like being pressured!.

1!. he will be heartbroken, unless he doesnt care and was thinking of ending it himself, in which case he will be relieved
2!. cancer in general would be honest about keeping you as a friend, you would soon know if they didnt want to be a friend
3!. he would love you to share your feelings with him, he will be very sympathetic and is a good listener, they are one of the most sensitive signs
4!. all depends on the rest of their chart for this one, its difficult, but you willknow if they are interested enough in you for you to make the first move, maybe shyness and fear of rejection would prevent them from making the first move
5!. yes when cancer cares they care, (although you are going to get the ones that dont,) they will be your best friend but expect the same from you and they do command respect!. lose the respect of a cancer and you lose a friend
