First of all, Astrology is not *just* the sun, moon and rising sign!. So given only a tiny bit of the entire puzzle, all you can expect is just as much back or inaccurate information based on embezzlement of other possibly vital information!.

Astrology is accurate but from the data you have provided it cannot be made out whether it is based on the Western Zodiac or the Sidereal Zodiac!. Good results and accurate too can be obtained from a Sidereal Horoscope!. More over the position of the Planets too need to be known to give an accurate answer!.
