Can I be both!? I run a lot ,during Fall/Winter sports I jog and run around 4-6 miles ,5 days a week in Cross-Country, I sometimes run a bit in track too!. I love fruits ,tea and vegetarian food!.At the same time I would feel like someone else if I wasn't a couch potato once in a while eating unconsciously!. I've had one friend tell me I'm always eating and another tell me I'm a health freak, because I actually care too much about nutritional value!.

I'm a health nut!. I watch what I eat, and workout every day but Sunday!. I drink the proper amount of water every day, and take my essential vitamins!. I take excellent care of my skin, nails, and hair, and don't let myself go in any way!.

I also take care of the inside: I meditate every day, and pray!. I also practice Kundhalini Yoga 3x per week!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I got unwell and had lots of study, but since beginning of last year
I was making myself do 300 push ups, 500 situps, 200 weight repitions
(the weights were, I dunno, but were two large wheels for each weight,
and weight a ton, but not after I used them for a bit, light as a feather!.
V-sit-ups!. I used to do it whenever I could - in the morning, afternoon,
at night!. Lol, then life went a bit haywire!. I've started slowly, doing some
exercise classes and trying to build it back up again!. It's winter here so
everyone just feels like curling up into a warm ball!. =)
So, yes and no, health freak, but at the moment couch potato!.
The good thing is my last massive workout shows under my shirt!. XDWww@Enter-QA@Com

i used to be health freak with the food, there was a time i were very thin, but sports made me change because i couldn't stand trainings without food, so i left food in a second place!.!.!. now i enjoy sports and i don't worry about food!.!.!.!.

300 sit ups as soon as I wake up in the morning!. I think morning is the best time to work out because your body is stretched and you are full of energy!. Well, at least for me!.!.:)
And my music is a great help too!.

I do a set of 100's three times!. If I feel motivated, I'll do 500 sit ups!.

I'm not hitting the weights yet!.!.!.I'm afraid it will stunt my growth!.!.lol

I am a complete health nut here!.

Work-out at least 4 to 5 times a week, sometimes 6 !. At least one day cardio : running or cycling!.

Usually 3 days on 1 day off : chest, triceps on day 1 , back biceps day 2, then leg day !.!.then off then repeat!.!.!.!.
Abs work-out!.!.!.uh!.!.3 times a week, 200 each time at variety angles!.!.!.

Uh!.!.!.!.!.And I eat lean and picky with food!. Fast food , oily food and sugary ones , especially sweets are not in my book!.

A slouch potato!. I eat almost anything edible!. I don't have a diet or exercise routine whatsoever coz I never get fat!. I think it would cause me bigtime in the future but I don't worry about it now!. I am a healthcare professional but I don't practice what I preach ;-)

My work schedule is weird!. Therefore, my eating habits are the same!. I think I am both a couch potato and try to eat healthy!. You would think cause I'm a Virgo I would be totally self cautious of what I eat!. However, not the case!. Maybe it's the Libra moon!. Gotta love it! :)Www@Enter-QA@Com

I'd like to think I stay fit, but thats not true!.
The only reason I'm not fat right now is because I don't really eat all that much food!. I go out of my way to stay sitting!. I don't really watch that much TV, but my face is glued to the computer or my ear to the phone!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

im inbetween i enjoy my treats and i enjoy being fit!. having children i need to set a good example of a good lifestyle!!!!

i love my take away but i also walk everyday!!! and run round after rugrats and do housework, its def harder in winter i admit!!! but i live in oz, winter isnt to long!!Www@Enter-QA@Com

im a potatoe, because i love food and warmth and its winter here!! also i have never had a wieght problem and am naturally skinny, which deffinitly helps me not feel obliged to be active

I'm a Vegan, people always comment on how built i am!. When i DO work out: 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, shadow box with weghts for an hour!.
