Tattoo of ascendant sign, not Sun sign?!
Question: Tattoo of ascendant sign, not Sun sign!?
Okay, I know there are a lot of people against tattoos, but understand that I'm an adult in my twenties and already have an existing tattoo!. So, I beg and plead with you not to say "don't get a tattoo"!.!.!. Please =)
That being said, I was wondering if people would think it's weird if I got a tattoo of my ascendant/rising sign (Aries) rather than my Sun sign (Cancer)!. Not only do I hate the Cancer symbol (the 69), but I "feel much closer" to my Ascendant sign than my sun sign (if that makes any sense! lol)!. I guess I should say I "act" more like an Aries than a Cancer!. I feel that sign represents me better!.
It would be small and in a not so noticable spot, but I was just wondering what others thought!.

hey i got the same idea, i wanted a tattoo of capricorn on my back cause its my rising!.!.!.!. i think that's better than a tattoo of sun sign, your rising represents the exterior, your body!.!.!.!. i think its a nice idea!.!.!.!.
i think its not weird at all, its more wise to mark your body with your rising cause its the exterior, it would be wrong to mark it as your sun sing that's your inner!.!.!.!. well at least i thought it that way!.!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Why should it not be your ascendant sign!? If anything, the worst you can have is people wondering why you have the symbol for aries tattooed on you when they thought you were a cancer!.
Personally I would prefer the sagittarius symbol rather than the scorpio symbol as well, so you're not the only one who feels closer to their ascendant than they do to their sun sign :)Www@Enter-QA@Com

Your tattoo is about you, and not about what other people would think!. So without the entire world in mind, I say do what you want!. Do what makes you happy, and represents you best!. The rising sign does represent your body and outer personality, so it totally fits!. also, when people ask you about it, just tell them that it's your rising sign!.
