Do you work out regularly??!


Question: Do you work out regularly!?!?
If you do, what do you do to keep in shape!?

I walk my dog every morning, jog three times a week, I sometimes do yoga but mostly I do alot of dancing!. I study ballet and we do 5 hours of intense training every friday and it really helps to tone up my legs and my buttocks!.

Im 18, I have a 6pack which is way easier for a man to get than a woman, bcuz its just the way the body works!. I work at the Gym 3 times a week, bcuz i like excercise it relieves my stress!. I do 300 crunches each day and lift weights!. I also run everyday but only 2 miles!. I play football with my buds sometimes, just competitive a way for us to hang on the weekends!. Ballet is a very wonderful way of exercising becuz it tones every muscle in your body and gives great strenghth!. Im a geminiWww@Enter-QA@Com

I got unwell and had lots of study, but since beginning of last year
I was making myself do 300 push ups, 500 situps, 200 weight repitions
(the weights were, I dunno, but were two large wheels for each weight,
and weight a ton, but not after I used them for a bit, light as a feather!.
V-sit-ups!. I used to do it whenever I could - in the morning, afternoon,
at night!. Lol, then life went a bit haywire!. I've started slowly, doing some
exercise classes and trying to build it back up again!. It's winter here so
everyone just feels like curling up into a warm ball!. =)
So, yes and no, health freak, but at the moment couch potato!.

I work out every day I can, and I always take Sundays off!. I do a few different cardio workouts, but my basic one is jogging!. I jog for 30 to 45 minutes!. I do resistance training 3x per week after the cardio to keep toned, and I do Yoga 2-3x per week whenever I can fit it in!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Well yes i do work out everday after work i go to the gym lift weights for three hours and i jog also in the morning,and i'm trying to get a six pack!.!.lol i'm getting there,but it takes time!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
