Is it possible that an exalted planet is more powerful than in the sign it rules!

Question: Is it possible that an exalted planet is more powerful than in the sign it rules and why !?
Answers:
Exalted Planets are just as strong as if they are in their own sign!.
When we say that they are stronger exalted is because the sign and the planet re-enforce each other mutually!.

The big difference in this expression of energy as compared to its actual sign rulership, is that the person tends to abuse of the power of exaltation!.
ex!.!.!.!.
Saturn in Libra exalted!.!.!.!.!.!.Here, Logic and judgment are re-enforced by the abscence of feelings (saturn) and its ownpolitical judgment!.

Exalted planets re-enforces the personality and sharpens the traits in the character siginified by the exalted planet and the example aboue, JUDGMENT (Libra) and SATURN (solidity, soundness)Www@Enter-QA@Com

a planet is strengthened when it is in its sign of Exaltation!. In traditional horary astrology, Exaltation denotes a level of dignity somewhat exaggerated compared to rulership, with for example the metaphor of an honoured guest - who is the centre of attention but the extent of their ability to act is limited

like square aspects, this position is restricted or stressed, not so that it cant express, but to express what it really needs to!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Definitely!. Exaltation means the highest of the high!. I always look for exaltations in certain signs and their meaning is spot on!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Since I'm a Libra, I guess Saturn has more an affect on me than my ruling planet Venus!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
