It goes deeper than that!. Sun sign alone can be changed by other influences by the planet's positions, moon, ascendant, descendant sign and what not!. also environment also plays a role and how the individual was brought up!. A positive or negative environment can impact them greatly!. also the values and beliefs they were given while growing up in development!. How they were influenced by their peers and surroundings etc!.
Scorpios, by description are naturally vengeful but not all of them are!. I certainly am not!. Although I'm a Scorpio with many Scorpio friends in real life, we are all so different in many ways!. I also tend to not get along with the bad ones who try to commit crimes!.

I don't think Pisces is the weakest sign, maybe it means when it comes to falling for wrong thinking, easily manipulated to doing wrong some are alot Pisces is a sign of strength and power to overcome, great energy, some are neg and some are positive!. weird huh!. pisceans just aren't very stubborn!. they aren't very stable people, which is why it's good for them to find a fixed sign partner, preferably taurus!.(a little too sensitive for a scorp)
