Good Q!. Although it is stereotyping a little, I find myself a emotional wreak when I feel imbalanced!. I'm a typical by-the-book Libra, if there is no beauty around me I get unhappy - same with peaceful music!. I really need music when I do stuff and loud noises distract me!. They also give me headaches!
But, I think it's just a part of the whole personality - because my Risings Capricorn I really like to be alone when I'm doing artsy things & I am easily frustrated by others when they don't do it right! *Sigh*!.!.!.!.!.!.I am working on it :)

I beg to differ with Joker, yes everyone is different, but when it comes to horoscopes, Libra for example is just your sun sign, you share that with everybody else in that whole month you were born!. The exact time and place you were born plays a huge role in your horoscope and the position of the planets and thats what makes every Libra different from the next!. The moon sign fits the personality of that person, the rising sign will add to that, and so on!. I am a Virgo/Libra cusp sun sign, Gemini moon, Cancer rising!. I have mainly the traits of a Libra except for the fact that I analyze EVERYTHING which I get from virgo, and I try to be organized (again virgo) but then libra kicks in and everything gets messy in about 2 mins (libra) lol!. My Gemini moon fits lovely along with my libra, they are both similar signs, I love to chat, write, read, and learn new things!. My Cancer rising makes me very sensative and emotional!. All these things in your chart and more come in to play, and everyone's chart is different!. My advice to Joker is have your natal chart drawn up, it will amaze you, they are very acurate!. And as for the balance question, No, it's not a stereotype, the key phrase for Libra is I balance!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
It depends on my mood!.!.!.!.I like things to be balanced if they can, but I won't compromise my own opinions or feelings to keep them that way!. I don't mind conflict at all, really, I think without it you cannot grow as a person!. Ideally, I think balance is important when dealing with your work and social life, but that does not mean that it is easily attained!. I don't think about it too much!.!.!.I take people, and my life for what it is!. I have learned that I can't change people and that I need to stop trying to control situations and over think things!. I will see all sides of an issue and try to make things fair, but there are times when I know what I want, and what I believe, and I will be stubborn in my thinking regardless!. I also understand that life is not fair, and that fact does not bother me much!. I have no problem with injustices!.!.!.!.Doesn't really bother me, because I understand why they happen, and you can only come out on top if you fight for yourself!.
Edit: I have met few Librans that are peacemakers for the sake of peace!. Many just act very friendly because they don't want any of the blame to be placed on them!.!.!.It doesn't mean that they actually care if people get along or not!. Libras can be good or bad just like any other sign!.!.!.I agree with Dot, that I have known Libras that do turn people against each other out of jealousy or dislike!. I have been a victim to this by other Libras!.!.!.I was also guilty of this at one time, but I have grown up since then!.
Actually, I just realized that I enjoy it when people fight!. It's amusing to watch!. Especially if I am in the middle!.!.!.I get a kick out of it!.

I'm a Libra and I HATE when people aroudn me fight!. I don't care if I get into a fight myself AS much (I still hate it)!. I hate when people are angry at each other!. I like things very balanced!.
This is just em btu I don't think this goes for ALL Libras!. Eevrybody is different!. Plus, people soemtimes are on the cusps of two different signs!. So soembody could be Libra and soemthing else as well!. People aren't alwasy 100% Libra!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

We don't need to stay in balance!. We are!. Take a look at us and you won't see nothing lopsided !.!.!.trust me!.!.!.!.:-)))
We do tend to balance the right from the wrong but that is because, we want to thinkg first and come out with a good decision !.
It may sound flightly but it's not!. Once the decision is made, it is a sound decision which is why Saturn is exalted in Libra!.

She would make up vicious lies, was very deceitful, and turned people against each other just because she was jealous of a few people!. She did it so she could feel better about herself in some regard!. So much for balancing and being a peacemaker!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

My sister and 2 of my very good friends are Libra and I have to say that they're awesome!.!. :D
