so growing up nobody was ever intrested in me!. so i grew up a loner!. i find it strange that nobody at all wanted to get to know me!. and i never got a chance to know anybody else b/c everyone was so standoff-ish around me!. or even mean!.
what is it about me from my chart that puts people off!.
im guessing my pisces ascendant
but also!.!.!.!.i would get the feeling like i made people feel uncomfortable around me!.!.!.!.like i knew what what they were thinking and they felt it!. which is strange to say!. and no i didnt stare at them, and im not creepy either!. have you ever felt this way!?
i am pretty quiet but i have my funny and brillant moments too!.!.!.
another strange thing is i would always get that feeling like people are putting on an act when im around!.!.!.you know, like people are nervous or not relaxed!.!.!.!.like they are talking loud so that what they are saying makes some kind of a point in a coy way!. either that or being mean to each other!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

didnt have time to check out the rest of your chart but from the info above, it seems that you may have a clash of interest between the Ascendant and Sun sign energies!. Pisces Ascendant is okay with fading into oblivion as it is essentially a passive introverted Ascendant but your Aries Sun sign wants to get noticed with a 'me first' attitude!.
This is why you posted the question in the first place - because lets say if you have a more compatible Sun sign as such Scorpio or Cancer that trines your Pisces Asc, you'd be pretty much happy to fade into the background and not having to indulge in superficial useless chatter!. also, the Pisces Asc may want to have someone to hang around and feed off energies from but the Aries Sun is happily independent as a fearless self-starter!.
Hence, the important thing is to channel your aggressive Aries energies into something more satisfying like matters of interest to you, be it sports, creative arts etc!. I am for the view that one should learn to work with whatever energies he/she has been endowed with!.

This is not a full fledged reading, and I don't usually do this much, but your chart interested me because I have a niece with similar problems and a similar chart!.
Everything is on the Eastern side of the chart (note: I do not use the outer planets)!. People with his kind of emphasis (i!.e!. planets all around the ascendant) tend to be defensive!. And having all but one below the horizon you might have the "victim's instinct!." The problem is that defensive people like all people, dont realize how they come off to others, so when you say:

Mercury in Aries people are rarely quiet but your Mercury is combust!.
