I agree with the previous person's answer!. Especially with what was said about Neptune on the ascendant or in conjunction with communication (Mercury) and body language planets (Venus and Mars)!.
I will add that any strong element of Pisces will give a mysterious and secretive nature!. Neptune is of course related to this, and if a person has a lot of Pisces in their chart, know that you will be dealing with the epitome of mysterious and secretive!.
also, I agree with what was said about Capricorn!. I can tell you for a fact that a Capricorn will never let people know what matters the most to her!. Never!. Not even her family or closest friends!. There is a side to Capricorn which knows to keep those details secretive and close to the heart!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Saturn's positioning has a lot to with secretiveness, and withholding information!. Saturn conjunct the Sun or Moon or Mercury or Venus can make someone less likely to open up and share!. Saturn making hard aspects (squares or oppositions) to those planets can create a similar effect!. And Saturn conjunct the Ascendant, or even in the first house, can make someone like a solid wall when you first meet them!.
Now Neptune can make someone mysterious for completely different reasons!. Neptune makes things vague and uncertain!.!.!. so Neptune on the Ascendant can make someone seem very mysterious or confusing, but in this case they are not trying to hide anything!.!.!. they are just kind of fuzzy and hard to read!. This is the same with Nptune conjunct, or making hard aspects, to the Sun, Moon, Mercury or Venus!. They can also have a kind of dreamy, spacey quality!.
The Sun in the 12th house can add a certain hidden quality to a person!.
