Horary chart interpretation - few questions?!

Question: Horary chart interpretation - few questions!?
I was doing some reading on horary intepretation and have a few questions:

"The Significator for the Querent is the planet ruling the 1st house of the chart"
1st house ruler is Mars in the natural wheel!.
Now if the horary chart I drew up has AC in Scorpio, what will be the planet ruling in this case!?

"The subject of the inquiry is called the Quesited and this Significator is the planet ruling the house relevant to the inquiry"
If my question is regarding pregnancy, the planet ruling 5th house ie!., Sun is the Significator in this case!?

also,
"The amount of time involved can be found by counting the number of degrees between Significators for an aspect to be exact"

How do I calculate this!? Will it be present in the chart drawn!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

Answers:
Horary charts are cast for the time and place of the question!. If the astrologer is asking the question for him or herself, the chart is simply cast for the time that they decide to ask the question assuming there has been some thought given to the subject!. If the querent, the person asking the question, does it say by e-mail, usually the chart is cast for the place of the astrologer!.

>Now if the horary chart I drew up has AC in Scorpio, what will be the planet ruling in this case!?<

Most horary astrologers are traditionalists, therefore Mars is the significator of the querent!.

>If my question is regarding pregnancy, the planet ruling 5th house ie!., Sun is the Significator in this case!?<

Yes if Leo is on the 5th!.

"The amount of time involved can be found by counting the number of degrees between Significators for an aspect to be exact"<

What is the question!? If the question is, "Am I pregnant!?" this rule does not strictly apply!. If the rulers of the 1st and 5th are in aspect and the aspect perfects before other planets perfect an aspect then the answer is probably "yes!." However, there are other ways to determine pregnancy in the chart!. Drug stores sell test kits that are faster and more accurate!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
