Yes it IS rare!. For one thing, this will only happen on the new moon, which only occurs 12 times in a year!. Additionally it only occurs on the new moon day at a time which places the sun and moon in the rising house!.!.!. thus only 4 hours out of that day!.
Therefore there it only occurs (statistically) in 48 out of 8,760 births!.!.!. or 1 out of every 183 births!. I have done a LOT of horoscopes!. I haven't seen ONE with this combination yet!.

NO it isn't! a new baby is born on average every 5 SECONDS! so how can it be rare!? that means that there are plenty of others in the world who have the same line up of all 3 being the same!. it is just that not everyone believes in astrology so we don't often come across such combinations!.
