Question: Astrology Reading question about them!?
I wasted $90 on a highly recommended astrologer who read my ready made birth chart and I was truly disgusted and disappointed by the entire experience!.
This reader made so many vague character assessment guesses & harped on my 12th house for an hour, reading & telling me how empty it is work wise that particular houe of mine!. I wanted to physically punch him for making my life sound useless and vague!. I have a copy of my pictorial birthchart but I can' make heads or tales of it!. Bottomline, I prefer psychic/clairvoyant reading any day over a useless numerically oriented reading!.
Can this reader's useless vague answer/predictions change with my free will & choices in the future (which hopefully make this idiot's reader's answers false) or are astrological readings an exact science with the answers he thought he gave me are right no matter what I do in my future!?

I am really sorry for your experience and your loss of money!.
Obviously that "reputed" astrologer could not have been that great!.
He should have looked at your chart and ask you various questions to get a feel about you!.
Did he ask you about your circumstances, past, info about people in your environment, your concerns !?!?

Seems like he was following some kind of book full of ready made statements and did not care about you : the individual!.
You own your chart and you deal with it the best you can!. Some people deal with difficult aspects only later in life and some never do!. Some try to make the best of the most difficult situations and learn from them whilst others just give up!.
That is NOT shown in a chart!.
It should have been a two-way discussion!. Ideally that person should have asked to see your chart in advance ( with a small payment) to have an idea about it and prepare questions, ponder about it etc!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.and ask you what you have in mind which is troubling you!.
Maybe you should have told that person to stop and tell him/her that it was going wrong!.

I certainly do not think that anyone can predict exactly your future with astrology!. Trends yes!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.opportunities to come, events to watch out for, periods which could prove dense etc!.!.but the very nature of how you will react!.!.!.!.!.!.!.nobody can say!.
Astrology is first of all a tool to know oneself and understand our motivations, drives, impulses, negatives and positives!. And most important of all to suggest and I mean suggest directions to take for your own benefit and what suits you best!.
Yes you do have free choice!. You are on a road and eventually sooner or later you will have to decide whether to go forward, turn right or left or go backward!. It is up to you!. The advice should have been given on which direction to take and whether it was OK with you etc etc etc!. Make you think of consequences, try to to waken your own gut feelings, hint etc!.!.

Some people have the toughest charts!.!.!.!.!.!.and really rose above them and became brilliant!. Some people have " brilliant charts" but are so lazy that they do not even use their capabilities!.
Am sorry for your experience!. Was it a registered qualified astrologer even !? ( sometimes they are not all that good mind you)!.
To me sounds like you gave a pic of yourself to somebody who then prattled on about you!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.
Astrologers are not perfect and are not suited for everybody!. The best give referrals to somebody else they know because they have more insight and knowledge about particular signs and whatever!.
Astrologers are not psychics - some are though -!. A good one will want to enter a discussion with you and ask you and be concerned if you are dissatisfied!.
I do not know where you live!. Careful of psychics too!. I have seen a few!. Only 3 or 4 really really really impressed me!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.and those always told me to not reveal a thing and did not ask questions about me!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.and actually absolutely discouraged it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Astrology is not a science!. Some people study it as a hobby, and others are professional astrologers!. As with all professions, there will be times when a person feels that they have wasted their money!. I think that you should tell the astrologer what you just told us!.

I'm sorry, he doesn't sound like he was that great!. Personally I wouldn't have paid him!. To be honest, as Isabelle pointed out, there are claimed "psychics" out there who are just as bad!.!.!.if not worse!. Because if an astrologer is interpreting your birthchart, they're going to be talking about things which you can discern immediately as either true or false!. If a psychic makes a prediction in regards to your future, how are you going to be able to say one way or the other that they're wrong right then and there!? You can't!. You have to wait and see!. Now, if the psychic in question is talking about your past and present, then yeah, that can be pretty much confirmed or denied, and to be honest, if you're going to go for a psychic, go for one of those!. The ones that just make prediction after prediction without any discussion of where you are currently in your life and what events have led up to that to a certain extent really in my own personal opinion aren't really doing anyone a lot of favours!. It's like showing a person the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, but failing to help guide them on the path that will get them there!. Or conversely, some predict so much doom and gloom that they run the risk of either terrifying or depressing their clients!. I've been to one of these, and she too was very highly recommended, and had been in business in my area for more than 20 years!. How she managed to stay in business that long, I'll never guess!.
I guess my point is that there is bad and good in all professions!.
