Question: Im confused about my rising sign!!
I know what it is!. I was born at like 1:45 PM in Yekaterinburg Russia, but now I live in Canada!. In Canadian charts it says that my rising sign is Aquarius ( my sun sign is scorpio) but on the Russian charts it says my rising sign is a capricorn!. Which one should I believe!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

Go with the Russian chart which is your natal chart!. The other would be your relocation chart and would describe how you act/react in your new location!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
