I do see you losing a friend, but it won't be a great loss!. I think you guys may come across each other sometime in the future, and who knows--maybe things will be different!.
You can't predict the future!. You or your friend could get run over by a bus or meet the person of your dreams on Sunday LOL!.
Just know that you will overcome this rather shortly or so--I've seen it happen before!. You can do it!.
